  • What are the delivery delays?

    All MWM products are shipped in Express. The delivery times depend on where you live, 1 to 4 business days on average. Note that you'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number and a link to check your delivery status once your product has left our warehouses.
    Please note that we will start to ship Phase products at the end of March 2019.

  • Is the cost of shipping included?

    Shipping costs are not included in the product total price, but they will be calculated and added to the final total to pay once you enter your delivery address. We negotiate exclusive rates with our partners for you to get the best prices.

  • Do I have to pay customs/import taxes?

    For countries outside the European Union, additional taxes or import fees may apply. These charges depend on local regulations and are beyond our control. As the importer, you'll be responsible for paying them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, contact your local customs office for further information. For clients from the European Union, 20% VAT are included in your bill.

  • Is there an exchange & return policy?

    If you change your mind about one of our products, you have 14 days to return it from the date you have received it to get a refund. Simply contact support@mwm-store.com and we'll guide you trough the steps to return your order and get your funds back.

  • Can I choose alternative shipping companies or alternative payment methods?

    To know which available shipping options and payment methods are available for your region, add all the MWM products you wish to buy to your shopping cart and then give in your full address. Once our web shop has identified your location, it will display the available shipping options and payment methods. The displayed list is exhaustive and we cannot offer any alternative options.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

  • Is there a warranty?

    All our products come with a two-year limited liability warranty that protects you against manufacturing defects. This warranty benefits are in addition to any legal rights provided by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
