  • I Have a problem during the check-out process in the MWM web store

    In case you are having a problem during the check-out process in our shop, please try the following:
    - Temporarily turn off any ad or pop up blocker you might have installed in your web browser.
    - Delete any cookies and empty the cache in your web browser.
    - Try a different web browser or even a different computer.

  • I need to change the shipping address on my order. How can I do that ?

    Once the order is placed it is immediately getting prepared for shipping, that is why we cannot change the shipping address of any placed order. You can still contact our shipping partner (Chronopost for France, UPS for the rest of the world) and try to update the information directly with them. You will find your order number on your account and on the invoice we sent you with the order confirmation.

  • My payment has been refused or cancelled. What can I do?

    If our payment provider refuses to accept the payment there is unfortunately nothing we can do to validate the payment on our side. You can contact your bank directly to check with them what is the source of the problem. Also make sure to check any misspelling errors that could lead to an error on our hand.

    If you still experience issues, you might want to consider setting up a PayPal account, a free and secure payment method.

  • I would like a refund for one of my orders.

    Every customer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the day the customer/or a third party indicated by him (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s). More information can be found in our Terms of Sales.

  • How can I find a copy of my invoice?

    For every order, customers receive a confirmation of payment with an attanched invoice by e-mail (subject: [MWM] Payment accepted). Check the SPAM folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox. You can also find the invoice in your account on our website, if you have created one.
